Song Ji-hyo, “Pressured about getting married? I’m over 40 and no one talks about that anymore”

Song Ji-hyo once joined KBS 2TV’s entertainment show “Problem Child in House” with Kim Jong Kook as a guest. Here, the star of “Lovely Horribly” shared about her personal life and career as she steps into her 40s.
When asked about marriage, Song Ji Hyo revealed that she is content with her single life. Her mother also does not pressure her to get married.
“I’m over 40, so my mother no longer urges me to get married. I really feel comfortable. In the past, she would arrange meetings for me to find a boyfriend. Each time, I would decline and walk out,” the actress shared.
Song Ji Hyo expressed that her ideal boyfriend is someone who takes care of the family, knows how to behave, and loves his wife.
During the conversation, the 41-year-old actress also recounted a special meeting between herself and Kim Jong Kook’s mother.
“Once, I was on the same flight as Kim Jong Kook’s mother and brother. At that time, the airplane window couldn’t close properly. Kim Jong Kook’s brother was sleeping, and I reassured his mother. Later on, I kept in touch with her, and we talked,” she reminisced.
Song Ji Hyo is known for many films such as “Sex is Zero 2” and “A Frozen Flower.” She later gained fame across Asia for her role in the show “Running Man.” She is referred to as the “ace” due to her intelligence, wit, and strong personality, often winning the challenges on the show.

Stepping into her 40s, the beauty chooses a single and discreet lifestyle. She expressed, “Marriage is not something I’m considering at this time. I am happy and satisfied with my current life.”
